Gabrielle Andersen

Gabrielle graduated from the Australian National University in 2008 and initially commenced her legal practice in commercial litigation before becoming a legal advisor with the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department.  In 2011 Gabrielle moved overseas where she continued to develop her commercial law knowledge in an offshore context, working in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and finally in Guernsey, where she worked on complex trust disputes.

In 2014, Gabrielle returned to Australia and worked in the Business Law practice of a Geelong law firm, and in 2017 set up her own legal practice as a general commercial law consultant for a range of Victorian businesses.  Gabrielle commenced with Nevetts’ Business & Commercial Law Practice Group in 2025, where she advises on business contracts and wind farm options and leases.

Gabrielle is a thoughtful and engaging lawyer who enjoys making the legal complexities common in commercial arrangements accessible to her clients.  When not working, Gabrielle is kept very busy with her three young children, two Labradors, and her veggie garden.
