We have a wealth of experience in workplace relations and employment law matters, focussing on providing advice and representation for both employers and employees. Our team is led by the only Ballarat-based Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations, James Remington.
We assist clients in developing, implementing and monitoring agreements, policies, procedures and, most importantly, making decisions that support their overarching goals. We regularly represent clients in workplace relations disputes such as unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims.
