Recently, in an exciting development, long-standing Ararat firm Tivey & Holland joined the Nevetts family. With the strengths and legacy of both firms combined, Tivey & Holland Nevetts Lawyers will be better equipped to provide a broader range of high-quality legal services to clients in the Ararat, Stawell and Grampians region. 

Nevetts are proud to carry forward the legacy started by Bruce Tivey in 1953 and taken over by Bruce’s daughter Jill Tivey in 1979. Over the years, Nevetts have been fortunate to work with Tivey & Holland and their clients, assisting clients with more complex matters across the greater Ararat, Stawell and Grampians region. 

While Jill has retired, the rest of the Tivey & Holland team will continue providing the friendly, caring and attentive assistance they are known for. 

And importantly, we have two very skilled and experienced lawyers based in Ararat, Euphemie Barr and Millicent Mountford.
