Kendra is a Special Counsel in our Business & Commercial Law Practice Group. She works with a wide range of clients, from family-owned and regional businesses to fast-growing startups, agribusinesses, and established companies with national and international reach.

Kendra has broad corporate and commercial expertise, with extensive experience negotiating and facilitating transactions including business restructures, capital raising, and business sales and acquisitions, as well as advising on a wide range of commercial matters.

With experience working in regional Victoria as well as Melbourne and Sydney, and as in-house legal counsel, Kendra has hands-on experience guiding business decisions, contracts, and commercial strategy. She has recently returned to regional Victoria and is excited to work with local clients, supporting the continued growth and success of businesses in the area.
