Melanie Wood

Melanie is a lawyer in the Wills & Estates team at Nevetts Lawyers, admitted to practice in 2025. She began her career with the firm in 2021 as Probate Manager and brings extensive, hands-on experience in estate administration to her legal practice.

Driven by a strong commitment to access to justice, Melanie is passionate about making legal processes more understandable and accessible during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Outside of work, Melanie is a keen surfer, an enthusiastic traveller, and a dedicated mum to two school-aged children. She brings an empathetic and down-to-earth approach to her practice.
