Morgan is a lawyer in our Wills and Estates Practice Group. She assists clients with wills, probate applications, estate administration, and estate litigation, including Part IV family provision claims. Warm and personable by nature, Morgan enjoys helping clients to feel at ease, whether they are navigating a straightforward estate plan or working through a difficult family dispute. She takes genuine pride in getting to know her clients and understanding what matters most to them, so she can deliver practical, considered advice at every stage.

Before joining Nevetts, Morgan gained experience in property law, advising on residential, commercial, and farming property transactions. That background informs her approach to estates involving real property and adds a practical dimension to her work within wills and estates.

Morgan has a strong personal connection to Victoria’s Western District farming community, and understands firsthand the particular challenges and values that shape rural and agricultural families. She brings a grounded, pragmatic approach to the law.

Outside the office, Morgan can be found on the farm, accompanied by a convoy of three dogs, one small child, and three pet sheep. She is also a keen photographer of wildlife, including (much to her own dismay) birds.
