Serving clients in COVID-19

Nevetts Lawyers maintain that the health of their staff and our clients (and the community generally) are a priority.

In the early weeks, our response to the risks of the virus and in response to Government calls for social distancing we closed our office.

We have now opened the office and have arrangements in place to ensure social distancing etc. Our Lawyers and support staff continue to work remotely utilising all of the appropriate technology, but at times Lawyers and staff are present in the office to engage directly with clients when necessary.

When necessary we can arrange to meet clients either at our office, or at the client’s home or business where it is essential to do so having taken the appropriate steps to ensure safe distancing etc.

We also ensure that clients can contact us by telephone and by video conferencing to provide instructions or to receive advice.

Whilst restrictions are being eased currently, we continue to provide our usual level of service and attention to client’s needs and will, where necessary, change arrangements as directed by the government.

Please be assured that we respond as appropriately to any needs that clients have and service those needs in a safe and practical way.

Contact can be made with all of our lawyers and support staff whose details are accessible on our website.

If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us on 03 5331 4444 or enquiries@nevetts.com.au
